Shipping Information

All of our products are proudly made in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. 

We ship the most economical way (with tracking wherever possible) using Canada Post, which is then sent through your country's mail system (USPS, Royal Mail etc). Duty/ taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Shipping prices:

Canada- $10 USD (HST will also be charged on your entire order)

USA- $15 USD 

International- $25 for most countries. There are a few exceptions but you will be shown the shipping rate before completing your order. 

If you would like us to ship via Fedex or UPS, the rates will be much higher but please simply reach out to us before placing your order and we can get a price for you. 

We try to keep shipping prices low by shipping in a flat, bubble envelope! We hope you enjoy receiving your Soundbag Dashboard as much as we enjoy sending them!
